PfizerForAll: A Digital Health Platform That Simplifies Everyday Care

PfizerForAll was about taking a sprawling, often frustrating U.S. healthcare journey and cutting it down to something fast, clear, and usable for real people. The assignment: design an end-to-end platform that could help patients move from symptoms to solutions—whether that meant a same-day telehealth visit, a vaccine appointment, a home-delivered test, or support for filling a prescription. We painted those friction points everyone recognizes — confusion, overwhelm, too many options — and then snap to: simplified, guided, handled.
